The design included retaining loft storage space, movement space, light considerations and stairwell consideration, which in this case were not needed. The choice of bay windows was made enabling even more space and light throughout the conversion, recommend as it sheds a good deal of light and gives an airy feel to the staircase and new upper floor. The house also had a new conservatory new kithen and complete new refit. All plans were submitted to ensure they passed the building regulations. We were not the first, cheapest or most expensive firm that were contacted about this job, but were choosen for merit of experience and reputation. The work itself was carried out professionally and without problem, and a great relationship was struck up between the clients and workforce, resulting in a completely refurbished home and amazing new found space. the clients were more than happy with the new rebuild. see for yourself.
